Q: What extra fees are included after purchasing a stock logo?

A: None! For the stock logos shown on the Logos page, the sticker price is the final price you will pay. All modifications to the logos including colors, fonts/text, layout, tagline addition, and proofing are included FREE of charge after purchase of the logo.

Q: Can I use my logo or design to make t-shirts, business cards and other materials?

A: Yes, all logos and graphic design from DF is in vector format unless otherwise noted before purchase. With experince in the signs and advertising industry, all graphics created here are done with the end product in mind. I can set up graphics to be ready for t-shirts, die-cut vinyl, and other print materials. If there is any other process requested, let me know and I will ensure that the graphics made will work for production.

Q: What formats are provided with the purchase of a logo or graphics?

A: Generally, graphics will be delieved in Adobe Illustrator (.ai/.eps), .png, and/or .pdf formats. If there are other requested formats, those can be provided as well at no additional cost.

Q: How long does it take to have a logo made?

A: The time for a logo to be made start to finish will vary greatly by project depending on the number of proofs that need to be made before a final product is created. I will always try to have a new proof out within 24-48 hours of the last request.

 

Q: I've purchased a logo from DF, will that same logo be sold to someone else?

A: No, when a logo or other work is purchased here all of the rights to that work are sold with it. After a graphical design is sold, I do not have the copy right privlages to be able to sell that work again to another client.

 

Q: I am not happy with the final logo, can I have a refund?

A: Refunds are only available if the final product has not been delievered. In general, payment for custom logos is not requested until a proof of the logo is approved and the final product is to be delievered. Once the final product is delivered in high quality formats, there is no way for it to be "returned". If you are not happy with your product after delievery, I will do my best to work with you to make modifications but I can no longer issue a refund.
